The Lead Pastor is the primary spiritual leader in the congregation, setting the tone, posture, openness to God, and vitalilty of a spiritual life.
The Lead Pastor does this through the following:
Preaching / Develop and craft sermon series and liturgies relevant to the life of the church and consistent with the values and vision.
Oversee any guest / staff / lay preachers to ensure orthodox and consistent biblical teaching in line with the C & MA statement of faith.
Through Spiritual practises (Craft events and opportunities throughout the year, inviting the congregation into deeper life through spiritual
disciplines, practises, programs and intentional worship times outside of regular Sunday worship gatherings.
