The position is a High School Director of Discipleship position. You work on a team of six within the youth department and intentionally disciple the high school girls as well as developing discipleship opportunities for the entire high school ministry. MDPC is part of the Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians and we are committed to loving God, proclaiming Christ, and living generously. This position is for someone that is passionate about high school students and wants to see them grow and build intentional relationships with them. This is a full-time position that works in partnership with our Director of High School Outreach and our Director of Youth Ministry. We are a growing ministry that hopes to find someone that is excited to join our team!

We are located in a neighborhood in the middle of Houston and seek to serve our city and world through our committment to outreach and missions. We are an active, growing congregation of about 2,000 weekly attenders.
