TECHNICAL ARTS COORDINATOR 

This position is responsible for Sunday morning production and supporting the rest of our technical systems in our buildings throughout the week.  This position reports to the Technical Arts Director.

Grace Community Church is a growing church in Northwest Ohio.  Grace Community Church exists to challenge people to discover who Jesus it, decide to follow Him, develop as a follower of Jesus and to deploy to tell others about Him.  Our church is currently in two locations and will be launching a third campus in August of 2019.  Grace has a solid staff culture that wants to help your progress in your skill set so that you can use it to help people Discover who Jesus is.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellence in audio, lighting, and live video production for weekend services.
  • Partner with the other members of the production team to deliver memorable, distraction-free worship experiences.
  • Recruit, train, lead and care for volunteer teams that can execute needed production across Grace campuses.
  • Support the needs of our staff with production systems throughout our building during the week.
  • Handle light help desk and IT work.
  • Be the point person on small system installs through our buildings. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a follower of Christ.
  • Must work within the vision, mission, and strategy of Grace Community Church.
  • Must hit deadlines.  
  • Must have the desire to work hard.
  • Experience with PC and/or Mac platforms
  • Experience with live and broadcast audio 
  • Experience with programming lighting consoles
  • Experience with production system setup

This position is a full-time exempt position.
