Worship Arts Pastor

Pinellas Community Church is looking for a Worship Arts Pastor to lead our congregation and artists in both worship and creativity.  We are a young, growing, and ethnically diverse community of believers in the midst of a vibrant city. 

Our next Worship Pastor will have both the skills and experience to lead a multicultural congregation in bridging the gap between contemporary worship (Elevation, Hillsong, Bethel, etc.) and contemporary gospel (William McDowell, Todd Dulaney, Tye Tribbett, etc.).  This person will also have the ability to both recruit and train worship team members, developing multiple worship leaders and teams. They must also lead the creative process in developing worship experiences for the congregation.
