Job Description:

The primary function of the Family Ministry Team Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the members of the Family Ministry Team. The Family Ministry Team Administrator is supervised by the Family Pastor and is also accountable to the Student Pastor, Children’s Minister, and Preschool Minister. 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Communications via email and phone with parents of children/students and volunteers for both campuses. 

  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of special events and activities. 

  • Collection and distribution of curriculum for all Sunday morning activities at both campuses. 

  • Process and maintain confidential records of volunteer background checks and child abuse safeguard training. 

  • Maintain all Family Ministry Social Media platforms.
