Children's Pastor

Fork Christian Church (FCC) is seeking an experienced full-time children’s pastor to join our staff.  FCC is a well-established and growing restoration movement church located just outside of Baltimore, with plans to build out up to 17,000 square feet of dedicated children’s ministry space within the next 24 months!  The individual we are seeking would preferrably have prior kidmin experience, including the ability to lead a sizeable voluteer team.

Our next children's pastor will be responsible for leading our preschool and elementary age children’s ministry, while collaborating with our ministry staff (lead pastor, connections pastor, care pastor, student pastor, and worship pastor) to meet the needs of our community.  Primary duties of this position would include:

• Leading a well-balanced team of volunteers to accomplish the ministry
• Oversight of all programming and ministry for children from birth through 5th grade
• Coordinating a strategy to both reach and connect new children and their families into the life of the church
• Caring for our children and their families by providing resources and teaching to enhance their spiritual growth
