Ames Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a servant-leader to lead our church family in our mission to Love God, Love People and Make Disciples. We are an independent Christian Church associated with the Restoration Movement. We are a growing, healthy
congregation which has experienced spiritual and numerical growth over the previous two years and believe we have the potential to make an even bigger impact on our community and the surrounding area. Our weekly attendance fluctuates between 60-75 people but
could see well over 100 on any given Sunday. Ames, Oklahoma is a rural, agricultural community with a population around 250 people; however the church draws from the surrounding area as well. Although the community is small, Enid (pop. 50,000), is only 30
minutes away. The right candidate would have an appreciation for country life and small town hospitality. We are excited to partner with the man God has called and equipped to lead us. He will be passionate about preaching the Word of God, reaching the lost
and making disciples. With the support of the elders, he will provide vision, coordination and leadership in all aspects of the ministry. The pastor must have a shepherd’s heart for those under his care and be willing to provide pastoral care for people of
all ages and from all-walks of life. We need a strong leader who is faith-filled and Spirit-led. The ideal candidate will possess a degree, or in the process of obtaining one, from a Restoration Movement school. ACC offers a competitive salary package, a beautiful
