About:

Introduction to Our Community and Church Our Church: The current Strategic Plan (5-year Plan) states that Prairie Hill seeks to minister to our community and world through sound biblical teaching and a focus to make disciples, providing a church for individuals and families to grow spiritually, being the hands and feet of Christ in an open, friendly and loving manner, and supporting select missionary efforts here and around the globe. Part of our plan recognizes the need to increase our focus on addressing the changing demography in our community and growing secularism, that result in fewer young adults and young families committed to Christ, and to develop outreach to people who have stopped going to church, people whose lives are not focused on Jesus, lapsed Christians, non-believers and those going through life’s transitions. The proposal to hire an associate pastor to minister to the millennial generation is a part of the plan to fulfill this need. Prairie Hill is currently a church with attendance in the 200-300 range. Our staff consists of a Senior Pastor, a part-time worship leader, part-time children’s ministries director, and a part-time youth pastors. The Associate Pastor position is new and is full-time.
