Central Baptist Church is a progressive, welcoming and affirming congregation of 200 members, located in suburban Philadelphia. Believing in the radical inclusiveness of God, we come together from all walks of life as a faith community of various ages,
ethnicities, religious backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities. We are committed to the use of gender-inclusive language, engagement and partnership with many cultures and communities of faith, and the utilization of a wide range of musical,
artistic and worship styles. An important part of our identity is in our long history of supporting a creative, high-quality music ministry that opens us to God and contributes to our vision of seeking to be a transforming presence for justice in the world.
